Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of website development services provided by Snyxarontyghik. We are committed to client satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality work that meets your expectations.

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel website development services with Snyxarontyghik at any time by providing written notice via email to serviceteam@snyxarontyghik.world or by calling +1 718 233 3120. Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.

If you cancel before any work has begun on your project, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a processing fee of 10% to cover administrative costs. This applies only if no design work, development, or planning has been initiated.

Refund Eligibility

Once work has commenced on your website development project, refunds are calculated based on the amount of work completed. Snyxarontyghik will provide a detailed breakdown of hours worked and tasks completed. You will be charged for the work completed at the agreed hourly rate or percentage of the total project cost.

If you are dissatisfied with the work completed, we encourage you to communicate your concerns with us immediately. We will work with you to address any issues and make reasonable revisions to meet your expectations. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Deposit Policy

Snyxarontyghik typically requires a deposit before beginning work on website development projects. This deposit is generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers initial planning, research, and setup activities. The specific deposit amount and terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

For template-based packages, the deposit reserves your spot in our project queue and covers the time spent customizing your selected template to match your business needs. This work begins immediately upon receipt of deposit and your project materials.

Project Delays

If a project is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to late delivery of client materials, unavailability for scheduled meetings, or delayed feedback, the original project timeline and pricing remain in effect. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by client-side factors.

If Snyxarontyghik causes significant delays that extend beyond the agreed timeline by more than 30 days without valid reason, clients may request a partial refund or expedited completion at no additional cost.

Revision Limits

Each website development package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges. Requests for unlimited revisions or significant changes to the original project scope may require a revised agreement and additional payment.

Revisions must be requested within 30 days of project delivery. After this period, any changes will be considered new work and billed accordingly. This policy ensures projects move forward efficiently and both parties have clear expectations.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Snyxarontyghik, we stand behind the quality of our website development services. We are committed to working with you until you are satisfied with the final product, within the scope of the original agreement. If we fail to deliver the services as specified in your agreement, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

To qualify for our satisfaction guarantee, you must have participated actively in the project, provided timely feedback, and communicated any concerns during the development process. Claims of dissatisfaction raised after final approval and launch may not be eligible for refunds.

Third-Party Services

Some website development projects may include third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, premium themes, plugins, or stock images. These third-party services are subject to their own refund and return policies. Snyxarontyghik cannot issue refunds for third-party services and fees.

We will clearly identify any third-party costs in your project quote and agreement. These costs are typically billed separately or passed through to you at cost. Any refund requests related to third-party services should be directed to the respective service provider.

Post-Launch Support

All website development packages from Snyxarontyghik include a specified period of post-launch support, typically 30 days. During this period, we will address any bugs or technical issues related to the work we delivered at no additional cost. This support period does not cover new feature requests or changes to the original scope.

Extended support and maintenance packages are available for purchase separately. These ongoing services are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid maintenance packages will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your website development project or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us immediately. We prefer to resolve all disputes amicably through direct communication. Snyxarontyghik will review your case and respond within 5 business days with a resolution proposal.

In the event that we cannot reach a mutually agreeable solution, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in your service agreement and our Terms of Use.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit or payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed by Snyxarontyghik. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at serviceteam@snyxarontyghik.world.

Changes to This Policy

Snyxarontyghik reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For existing projects, the Return Policy in effect at the time of your service agreement will apply.
